HUNDRED WEATHER

Welcome to the Town Of Hundred, West Virginia!

Hundred is a town in Wetzel County, West Virginia, United States. The population was 255 at the 2020 census. It was named for the fact that local resident Henry "Old Hundred" Church was a centenarian. Hundred is the only place in the United States with this name.

The East Wetzel Trail is a short, 2.2 miles, but well used trail by the locals. It is popular for community walks, to get around town, and to the high school. The trail goes through the downtown and neighbors the high school and the library. It has several benches and a weather shelter with history of the B&O Railroad. A trailhead with parking for 5-6 cars is located along Rt. 250 in the town of Hundred near the high school. Local volunteers maintain the trail.

ATVs are permitted on our streets with a town issued permit ONLY. Cost $20 per year. Applications are available at the town hall.
